§ 153.325. LOT AREA AND WIDTH.

(A) The minimum area for single-family homes shall be 15,000 square feet.
(B) The minimum area for two-family homes shall be 15,000 square feet.
(C) The minimum lot width at the public right-of-way line shall be 100 feet.
(D) Multiple-family dwellings shall have an area of 18,000 square feet for a triplex, plus 1,500 square feet for each additional unit.
